Introducing our Columbia house

Our Columbia model home provides an excellent opportunity for newlyweds, young couples, retired couples or singles to live in a truly comfortable, energy-efficient home. Replace your home with a small family house. The small apartment, apart from being small, can be quite well adapted with a few partition wall offsets/additions, for example the kitchen can have an additional little pantry. We have tried to design it to make its “smallness” big, so we have designed it with an American kitchen to maximise the space. Since this is where we spend most of our time.
