Self-supporting, sandwich construction product consisting of graphite thermal insulation foam sheets bonded between two layers of OSB.

Heat transfer coefficient.

A 30 porotherm wall + 10cm insulation has a heat transfer coefficient of 0.27w/m2k, while Modern SIP has 0.17w/m2k.

Components and values

The bonding of OSB and graphite polystyrene is a professional quality, solvent-free and odourless on the market. A one-component polyurethane adhesive of the Soudal family, also tested by the ÉMI and listed in the NMÉ issued.

HERS index

The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) index is an industry standard for measuring the energy efficiency of homes. Graphite SIP homes have a HERS index of 50.

Solidity

Vertical and horizontal load (wind load) values well above required: 22,24 kN/m. This value is for a wind speed of 300km/h, the highest wind speed ever measured in Hungary was 150km/h. It is easy to shape, its light weight makes it easy to install.

Fire resistance

They burn only in the event of an open flame, but are self-extinguishing once the combustion heat has been removed. Our products are made with the addition of flame retardants and have no harmful ingredients.
